Paris Saint Germain travels to Allianz Arena, Germany to face Bayern Munich in the second leg of the Uefa champions league.
Having lost by a lone goal at the Parc De Princes last two weeks, Paris Saint Germain will be looking to overturn the deficit and qualify to the quarter finals ahead of Bayern Minich
Going into the first leg Paris Saint Germain had a couple of their top players fully unfit, including Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi. Although Messi played the entire duration of the match, Kylian Mbappe had to come on only a few minutes to the end of proceedings.
Kylian is now fully fit alongside Lionel Messi but the team has been hit by another setback through the injury of Neymar Junior who has been completely ruled out for the rest of the season. However Kylian Mbappe has granted an interview stating that the team is ready to go and overturn the 1-0 defeat and qualify to the next stage at the Allianz Arena
Bayern Munich on the other hand is getting ready to defend their lead at home to qualify to the next stage. Head coach Julian Nagglsmann has confirmed there are no major injuries at the camp of Bayern. The major concern at the camp of Bayern is about Joao Cancelo who is concerned about the lack of playing time. It looks that he may not start the match as Bayern will likely go with their usual 4-2-3-1 formation or 4-3-3 formation with the return of Sadio Mane from injury.
The Wednesday encounter promises a lot of excitement as the scoreline ended 3-2 in favour of Paris Saint Germain the last time the two teams met at same venue. Benjamin Pavard will likely start at Right back for Bayern Munich ahead of Joao Cancelo and Josip Stanicic as Nagglesmann will be keen on stopping the threat of Kylian Mbappe.
Surely a hard one to predict but I will go in for a 2-2 draw which will see Bayern Munich qualifying to the next stage.
